My Internet/Web browser can’t connect to the MXit download page?

Check that you have enough credit for data access (GPRS/3G) on your mobile network. You can enquire about data billing tariffs directly from your network provider. An easy way to check if you can access data is to try and reach another Web page such as http://www.google.com.

If not you may need to setup your phone’s data connection.
You can also give your service provider’s customer care a call and ask the consultant to send the data settings directly to your phone. It would be advisable to have your mobile phone manufacturer’s make and model handy
